Results methodology
How lead quality and conversion performance are measured.
No universal conversion percentages. Every figure is calculated from verified source records for a specific client or campaign and reporting period.
Lead conversion rate
Converted leads ÷ total leads × 100
The share of all leads that reached the defined conversion stage.
Qualified lead rate
Qualified leads ÷ total leads × 100
How many leads meet the agreed qualification criteria (motivation, property, timeline, authority).
Lead-to-contract rate
Signed contracts ÷ total leads × 100
End-to-end efficiency of the acquisition funnel.
Qualified-lead-to-contract rate
Signed contracts ÷ qualified leads × 100
How well qualified leads are converted by the acquisition team.
Cost per qualified lead
Total ad spend ÷ qualified leads
The cost metric that matters more than cost per lead.
Cost per acquisition
Total ad spend ÷ completed acquisitions
Used where closings are tracked back to the originating campaign.
Data accuracy
Platform conversions are not deals.
Reports keep these sources separate so nothing is double-counted across Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and the CRM.
- 01Platform-reported conversions
- 02Website-tracked conversions
- 03CRM-recorded leads
- 04Qualified leads
- 05Actual appointments
- 06Signed contracts
- 07Closed acquisitions
Published verified metrics
Verified metrics will be published here once they have been validated against campaign and CRM records.
